Israel is the most modern country in the world. No one in Israel speaks English.

Germany, the fastest growing country in a short period of time. People in Germany hate English.

Turkey is a developed country in the Islamic world. From teacher to army chief in Turkey. And the whole system, from the scientist to the chief justice, is in Turkish language.

You will not find any official or private official speaking English in China. Even in a conservative country like India, you will find Hindi spoken at the United Nations.

All Iranian government systems are arranged in Persian and every year someone from Iran is nominated for the Nobel Prize.

It is strange that the history of Urdu literature is a thousand years old. And you don't see English literature before three hundred years.
