SHAMSHEER_BE_NEIYAAM Vol-1
(Part-IV) By Anayat Ullah
These memories began to
haunt Khalid, perhaps even embarrassing him. The people of Quraysh had thrown
dirt in the house of the Messenger of God many times. Wherever a Muslim was
preaching Islam, Quraysh men would come and make noise. Immoral and repulsive
men were used to harass the Messenger of God.
Khalid must have been
satisfied that his father had not committed any such heinous act against
Muhammad (PBUH), the Messenger of God.
Twice he went with three
or four chiefs of Quraysh to Abu Talib, the uncle of the Messenger of God, to
tell him to stop his nephew (the Messenger of God) from blaspheming idols and
claiming prophethood, otherwise he would be killed by someone. ۔ Abu Talib had
avoided them both times. Khalid remembered his father's great sacrifice. Amara
was Khalid's brother. He was a particularly handsome young man.
He was intelligent and
had banking. Khalid's father Al-Waleed handed over his beautiful son Amara to
two Quraysh chiefs and told them to take him to the uncle of Muhammad (PBUH) Abu
Talib and tell him to keep my son and give Muhammad (PBUH) to us in return. Khalid
was shaken by his father's decision and when his brother Amara left with the
two chiefs, Khalid wept in solitude.
"Abu Talib!"
The chiefs put Amara in front of the uncle of the Holy Prophet and said,
"You know him." This is Amara bin Al-Waleed. You may also know that
the Banu Hashim, of whom you are the chief, have not yet produced such a
stylish and wise young man. We have come to deliver it to you forever. If you
make him your son, you will be obedient for the rest of your life, and if you
make him your slave, I swear by Allah, he will sacrifice his life for you.”
"But why are you
handing it over to me?" Abu Talib asked. "Have the mothers of Banu
Makhzoom started auctioning off their sons?" "Tell me how much you
want it."
"Give us your nephew
Muhammad (PBUH) in return," said a Quraysh chief. "This nephew of
yours has become a source of disgrace to you." He has rejected the
religion of your forefathers and made a new religion. Do you not see that he
has made man an enemy of man in the tribe?
"What are you going
to do with my nephew?"
"Murder,"
replied another Quraysh chief, "we will kill Muhammad (PBUH)." It
would not be unfair. You see, we are giving you our son in exchange for your
nephew. "
This will be a great
injustice. “Abu Talib said”, You will kill my nephew and I will raise your son
and spend on him and give him a very good life. What justice have you brought
to me? I bid you farewell with honor.
When Khalid saw his
brother coming back with his chiefs and heard from the chiefs that Abu Talib
had not accepted the deal, Khalid was overjoyed.
"What did you do
wrong to Muhammad (PBUH), Abu Sulaiman?" A question arose from Khalid's
caste. He shook his head at the thought and said in his heart, "Nothing.
Of course, the body of Muhammad (PBUH) is strong, but physical strength alone
is not enough to lift and beat a wrestler like Rakana bin Abdul Zaid."
Rakana bin Abdul Zayd was
the uncle of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) who did not convert to Islam. He was a
well-known Arab wrestler. There came a famous wrestler whom he left unable to
stand up in one fell swoop. He was a savage man. He only knew how to fight and
kill. Khalid began to remember the time when three or four men who were
harassing the Muslims one day fed and watered the wrestler well and told him
that your nephew Muhammad (peace be upon him) could not be reached by anyone
and could not stop preaching. Is afraid and people are coming and going in the
magic of his words, can't you straighten him?
"Do you want to
break his bones with my hands?" Rakana said in an arrogant tone, creating
the impression of a drunken buffalo on his face. "Bring him against
me." But he will run away from Mecca when he hears my name no, no, I think
it's an insult to fight him. He disobeyed the instigators. He did not consider
any wrestler equal to him. The enemies of the Muslims became silent but kept
thinking that the Messenger of God should be made a spectacle by dropping them
at the hands of Rakana. The Jews of Mecca were especially hostile to the
Prophet (PBUH), but they did not come out openly.
He was happy that the
people of Quraysh had become enemies of each other by dividing among
themselves. One day Rakna was passing through a street at night when a big
beautiful and young girl passed by him. On a moonlit night, the girl recognized
Rakana and smiled.
Rakana was savage. He
stopped and blocked the girl's way.
"Do you know what it
means when a woman looks at a man and smiles?" Rakana Pahlawan asked;
"Who are you?"
"And the daughter of
an Armen Jew!" Rakana said, placing her hand on the girl's shoulder and
holding her close to her. "Do you like my body so much and do you like my
strength?"
"Your strength has
disappointed me." Sabbath stepped back and said, "You are afraid of
your nephew Muhammad (PBUH)."
"Who says
that?" Rakana asked thunderously.
"Everyone
says," Sabbath said, "Drop Muhammad (PBUH) first." I will reward
you with my body. " I swear by the sons and daughters of Allah, I will
fulfill your word and come before you. " The thing is, I think it's an
insult to fight with someone weaker than me, but I'll do what you say. "
