Central Florida's big golf and family resorts stay busy all year, and one of them is now recruiting overseas workers through the US H-2B programme. Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate has two ACTIVE job orders on the US Department of Labor's official SeasonalJobs.dol.gov portal: 16 Cooks at $18.93 per hour and 25 Guest Room Attendants at $17.84 per hour. Neither job asks for previous experience, and both run from 1 January 2027 to 31 October 2027, a ten-month season.
That makes 41 openings in total at one resort, which is a good chance for first-time applicants who are hard-working and ready to learn.

Benefits Listed in the Job Orders
According to the job order text, the resort offers:

Is This Free Visa Sponsorship?
Yes, under the H-2B rules. The H-2B regulations (20 CFR 655.20) require the employer to pay or reimburse visa and visa processing fees in the first workweek, and they ban any recruitment fees charged to workers. The travel rules above come from the same regulations. Housing is not described on the DOL pages, so ask the employer about accommodation and rent before you accept an offer.
How to Apply
- Step 1: Read the official listings: Cook https://seasonaljobs.dol.gov/jobs/H-400-26277-278339 and Guest Room Attendant https://seasonaljobs.dol.gov/jobs/H-400-26277-278332
- Step 2: Contact the employer using the details on the DOL pages: call +1 407 390 6664, or apply through the Employ Florida website (employflorida.com) as listed in the job order.
- Step 3: Say clearly which job you want (Cook or Guest Room Attendant) and give your name, country, phone or WhatsApp number and any hotel, cleaning or kitchen experience.
- Step 4: Confirm that you can work the full season from 1 January to 31 October 2027.
Tips to Stand Out
- Apply for the job that fits you best. Housekeeping suits people who are careful and quick; kitchen work suits people who enjoy cooking under pressure.
- Mention any related work, even informal experience in family restaurants, hostels or cleaning companies.
- Write simple, clear English. Hotels want staff who can understand guests and supervisors.
- Act early. January start dates mean visa interviews must happen soon, so fast replies help.
Scam Warning
Never pay an agent to "reserve" a job at this resort or to "guarantee" an H-2B visa. Recruitment fees are illegal under H-2B rules. Use only the phone number and website listed on the official DOL pages, and ignore social media pages that ask for "processing fees".
